The difference between sprouts and Microgreens

Microgreens, or young shoots, are basically just another developmental stage of sprouts. The beans or other seeds germinate on approximately day 2-3 after soaking. If you let them continue to grow, on day 5 they'll become small green plants - the so called microgreens.

But also popular are pulses (lentils, mungo beans, peas, chickpeas) or cereals (spelt, barley, oats, millet, rice). Do not use seed dressings for normal cultivation, organic seeds are suitable for germination.
