The difference between sprouts and Microgreens

Microgreens, or young shoots, are basically just another developmental stage of sprouts. The beans or other seeds germinate on approximately day 2-3 after soaking. If you let them continue to grow, on day 5 they'll become small green plants - the so called microgreens.

Do not use seed dressings for normal cultivation, organic seeds are suitable for germination.
